1. Who we are

Click A Diet (“Click A Diet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of a sole proprietorship owned by Charu Verma, carrying on business at D-11 Preet Vihar, Delhi 110092, India. Your contract is with the proprietor.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or submitting information through this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide

Click.AI is a personalized diet plan service. You purchase a term, complete an intake questionnaire, and receive diet plans by email on Click A Diet letterhead.

  • Plans run in 28-day cycles. You receive one plan per cycle, up to the number of cycles included in your term.
  • Available terms are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, corresponding to 3, 6, 9 and 12 plans respectively.
  • After each plan is sent, a short monthly update form unlocks 28 days later. Your next plan is generated once that form is submitted.
  • Plans are delivered only to a confirmed email address.

Click.Assist and Click.Expert are not accepting customers at this time. They cannot be purchased, and registering interest places you on a waitlist only. It does not reserve a place, guarantee availability, or create any obligation on either party. We may contact you if these services open.

3. How Click.AI plans are generated, and medical disclaimer

Click.AI plans are generated by artificial intelligence from the information you provide. A second automated pass reviews each plan before it is sent. Click.AI plans are not individually reviewed by a nutritionist, dietitian, doctor, or any other human professional before delivery.

Click A Diet is a general wellness service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in a plan should be understood as such. No doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship is created by your use of this service.

A plan is a suggestion based on what you told us. It is not a prescription and has not been checked against your medical records, test results, or any advice you have been given. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any plan, and you should verify a plan against that advice before you act on it. If a plan conflicts with advice from your doctor, follow your doctor. Stop following a plan and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.

This disclaimer forms part of these Terms. It is not a separate document, and accepting these Terms accepts it. Each plan is delivered with a short notice restating that it is AI-generated and is not medical advice.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You may use Click A Diet only if you are 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information in the intake and monthly update forms, including all allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, medications and religious or cultural restrictions. Plans are generated solely from what you tell us. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in a plan that is unsuitable or unsafe for you.

Take particular care, and speak to a doctor first, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed medical condition, take prescription medication, or have any history of disordered eating.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@clickadiet.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

The amount charged is calculated on our servers at the time of purchase. Where a coupon is applied, its validity, expiry and usage limits are verified on our servers.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Purchases are non-refundable by default, as plans are personalized and generated on demand.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, having regard to whether plans have been delivered and the circumstances of the request. To request one, write to hello@clickadiet.com with your order details and reason.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused cycles expire at the end of your term. They do not carry over, and they are not refunded.

8. Delivery and delays

Plans are delivered by email. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or your provider’s spam filtering. Check your spam folder and add diets@clickadiet.com to your contacts.

We aim to deliver each plan promptly after the relevant form is submitted, but do not guarantee a specific delivery time.

9. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit plans generated for you. You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

10. Intellectual property

The Click A Diet name, logo (including the cursor mark), letterhead, website content and plan templates are our property. Your personal plan is yours to use for your own purposes.

11. No guarantee of results, and limitation of liability

11.1 We do not promise results. Weight, body composition and health depend on genetics, medical conditions, medication, sleep, stress, activity and how closely a plan is followed. Nothing on our website, in our emails, or in a plan is a promise that you will lose weight, gain muscle, or improve any measure of health.

11.2 The service is provided as it is. Beyond what these Terms expressly say, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about the service — including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Plans are generated from what you tell us and are not checked against your medical records or your doctor’s advice, so confirming a plan is right for you is your responsibility, as set out in Section 3.

11.3 What we are not liable for. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or opportunity. Nor are we liable for anything that follows from: information you gave us that was wrong, incomplete or out of date, including an undisclosed allergy, condition, medication or pregnancy; your following a plan against your doctor’s advice, or without seeking it; changes you make to a plan, or use of it by someone else; or a failure by a third-party provider we rely on, including hosting, payment, email and artificial intelligence providers.

11.4 Our total liability, and what is not limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including consumer protection legislation. If part of this Section is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, provides materially false information, or where we consider continued service unsafe.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Published versions are retained and dated.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
